1. Digital Nature of Products All items sold on teriziz.com are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive a link to download the high-resolution file.
2. Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of the products, we do not offer refunds once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded. If you encounter any technical issues with the file, please contact us for assistance.
3. Intellectual Property The purchase of an image provides you with a license for personal or professional use. However, the copyright remains with the artist, Dimitar Teriziz. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the raw digital files as your own work.
4. Quality Guarantee Our images are provided in ultra-high resolution (up to 164MP). Please ensure your hardware and software are capable of handling these large file sizes before purchase.
